Tailored Seminars -- Results of our Programs are measured often using customized evaluations in areas of knowledge gained, skills improved and returns made for the organization.  Individual and Team diagnostic scores are identified to determine priorities and performance gaps.

Proven Results

Before and after The Listening Center facilitates a team building Training Program, a Teamwork diagnostic is utilized.  The following diagnostic scores reflect the status of an actual Management Team's overall scores and five elements of how they work as a team. Individuals also compare their own score to that of their team.  As a result, the most important area in need of improvement is selected by the team followed by targeted, timely training interventions.
