Presentations actively involve all participants, weaving the most current learning and training methodologies with years of practical experience. Through diagnostics, work related exercises, and in-depth, topical discussions, individuals' leave motivated to practice what they have learned.

Tailored Seminars are measured to clearly identify the effect on business development and requisite competencies. Based on the results achieved, The Listening Center will provide feedback and recommendations to identify and deal with critical issues needed to sustain success.

Utilizing our knowledge of writing a workforce training grant, The Listening Center's various programs may be subsidized, resulting in a considerable reduction for the cost of training.
