Management and Executive Coaching

Our interventions aim at accelerating the development of targeted interpersonal, emotional and intellectual behaviors. Requisite managerial and leadership competencies are significantly enhanced.

Coaching methods include: needs assessment, observation, discussion, work simulation and self-analysis. Relevant diagnostics are utilized. A 360 Degree Feedback survey may be administered.

After collating and prioritizing relevant feedback, an initial draft of a professional development plan is written which includes a measurable goal, strategies, realistic time frames, and methods of evaluating results.


Career in Transition

Implementing proven job search strategies will result in realizing a personalized career transition goal. Consistent communication is provided in person, over the phone and/or online to foster a positive coaching relationship. Confidentiality is ensured.

Based on collating and prioritizing relevant feedback, a measurable career goal is established, along with strategies, realistic time frames, and methods of evaluation.

Tailored coaching sessions consist of any or all of the following:

  • increasing self-analysis (interviews, questionnaires and behavioral diagnostics),
  • developing job search strategies,
  • finalizing a resume that gets an interview,
  • personalizing a cover letter,
  • revealing new sources for job openings,
  • strengthening interview skills, and
  • setting strategies for starting a new position.

Train the Trainer

COACHING COLLABORATIVELY FOR IMPROVED PERFORMANCE is targeted for executives, managers and trainers. These training workshops foster commitment and competence to have training and coaching be a way of life. Implementing structured and unstructured or on-the-fly coaching enhances the coaching environment. Knowledge, skills and experience are shared rather than guarded, resulting in productive, trusting partnerships.
