Proven Results

Before and after The Listening Center facilitates a team building training program, a teamwork diagnostic is utilized. The following diagnostic scores reflect the status of an actual Management Team's overall scores and five elements of how they work as a team. Individuals also compare their own score to that of their team. As a result, the most important area in need of improvement is selected by the team followed by targeted, timely training interventions.
