Our Management and Executive Coaching interventions aim at accelerating the development of an individual’s interpersonal, emotional and intellectual behaviors. Requisite leadership competencies are significantly enhanced. A needs assessment is made to elicit perceptions regarding accomplishments, strengths, areas of improvement and potential performance barriers. Coaching methods include: observation, discussion, work simulation and self-analysis. Relevant diagnostics, such as an interpersonal influence inventory, are utilized. A tailored 360 Degree Feedback survey could also be administered. After collating and prioritizing relevant feedback, an initial draft of a professional development plan is written. The plan includes a measurable goal, strategies, time frames, and methods of evaluating results. |
